Why Being on the UK Register of Learning Providers Matters to Celebrate Difference

At Celebrate Difference, we are proud to be listed on the UK Register of Learning Providers (UKRLP). It’s not something we’ve spoken about often, but it’s an important recognition that reflects our commitment to delivering high-quality learning, training and support.

The UKRLP is a government-recognised register that verifies organisations providing learning and training services across the UK. Being listed means that Celebrate Difference has undergone a formal verification process and is recognised as a legitimate learning provider. For organisations, commissioners and funding bodies, this provides reassurance that they are working with a credible and accountable provider.

However, for us, being on the register is about far more than meeting requirements or gaining recognition.

From the beginning, Celebrate Difference has been built around a simple belief: learning should create meaningful change. Whether we are supporting employers to build more inclusive workplaces, helping individuals understand their strengths, or delivering neurodiversity awareness training, our goal is always the same – to provide learning that is practical, accessible and genuinely useful.

Too often, training becomes a tick-box exercise. People attend a session, receive a certificate, and quickly return to old habits. We take a different approach. We focus on creating learning experiences that help people build confidence, develop understanding and make positive changes that last beyond the training room.

Our lived experience is central to this. As a neurodivergent-led organisation, we bring both professional expertise and real-world understanding to everything we deliver. Clients regularly tell us that they value our ability to make complex topics easier to understand, create safe spaces for discussion, and translate theory into practical actions that people can apply in their everyday lives.

Being part of the UKRLP supports our ability to work with a wider range of organisations, including employers, public sector bodies, educational institutions and funded programmes. It demonstrates that we have the structures, accountability and professionalism expected of an established learning provider while remaining true to our values of inclusion, authenticity and accessibility.

We also regularly provide Disability Impact & Awareness Training support, including How To Work With Me, to recipients of Access To Work awards.

As we continue to grow, our UKRLP registration helps us expand opportunities for collaboration, develop new learning programmes and reach more people who can benefit from the support, training and education we provide.

If you would like to learn more about our training courses, partnership opportunities or future learning initiatives, we’d be delighted to hear from you.
