I specialise in helping neurodivergent entrepreneurs grow their businesses in achievable and sustainable ways.

I spent twenty years working in media and entertainment across the UK and Australia before following my dream to become a published author in 2018.

At the same time, I started Owen Ryan Consulting & Coaching Ltd (ORCC). 

Since then, I’ve published ten Detective Jane Phillips novels – including two UK Best sellers – under my pen name OMJ Ryan, as well as establishing ORCC as a successful coaching business, with a particular focus on supporting ex-military and others with mental health challenges such as PTSD, ADHD, Autism, anxiety, overwhelm and fear of public speaking.
