(Clinical Nurse Specialist)

Qualified as a Learning Disability Nurse in 2012. Since qualifying I have worked on a low secure inpatient setting for children with a learning disability. During this time I continued my studies at university. I moved to a community setting to working within the ADHD pathway and have worked within ADHD since. I have extensive knowledge in this area and have worked within both the assessment process and post diagnostically. I am an independent nurse prescriber and I have also done my Pediatric clinical skills, which allows me to initiate and titrate medication.

I have worked as an educator since 2016, working closely with schools and universities around neurodevelopment disorders. I have also delivered training for Sunderland AFC around Autism awesomeness.
