I'm a web designer/developer but I've got a background in IT, Computing and Media Production due to my teaching career.
Digital skills wise I'm able to offer website creation, SEO, Social Media /advertising content production, tech support, IT systems training, and spreadsheet creation/management.
From a business support point of view, I'm good with general admin tasks such as data entry, invoicing, research/planning documents, and creating documents/templates/presentations.
I'm also able to support with planning training and development, workbooks, courses etc because of my teaching background.
Finally, I've got some experience in supporting people with ADHD and I've got knowledge of some of the roadblocks and barriers people can face along with a range of different techniques to assist with overcoming them - I'm familiar with body doubling, Pomodoro, kanban boards, gamification and some other techniques that some ADHDers find useful.
