Natalie Reed

Flexible editorial support, from creative copywriting to content planning, editing and proofreading. I can offer fresh thinking to define and refine your message, as well as the editorial skills and experience needed to get it out there to your audience.

I’m a freelancer by nature, which has allowed me to have a varied career, exploring different interests and following my passions. After studying anthropology at UCL, I moved to Madrid where I started out teaching English as a foreign language and ended up writing for several local publications and working at Hello! magazine. Back in London, I completed an MA in publishing before starting work as a subeditor at The Sunday Times, while also pursuing a love for art and design, creating my own jewellery brand Little Object. For the past few years, I have worked as an independent copywriter and subeditor, writing for many big-name brands.

Through Celebrate Difference, I offer flexible editorial support, from creative copywriting to content planning, editing and proof-reading. This could range from helping you plan, structure, write or edit content for your website, emails or newsletter to helping you define your brand voice, giving you a framework that should help simplify all your future communications.

I bring creative thinking and a conscientious attitude to all my work, backed up by editorial skills and judgement honed over many years in journalism. I take pride in being reliable and always delivering what I’ve promised when I’ve promised it, and am always excited to meet new clients to discuss their projects, however big or small.
