Meet the Access to work team!

Welcome behind the scenes! This blog will peel back the Celebrate Difference curtain, and delve into the people behind Access to Work Support Services.

Each member of the team is not only dedicated to providing amazing experiences for all of our clients and support workers, but has a unique skill set and background that contribute to the team’s success.

Ellie PearsonClient Liaison

Ellie, a young blond woman smiling in a large grey cardiganAs the newest member of the team, I am settling into my role as Client Liaison. I help clients that are handed over from Gabby, after they are initially partnered with a support worker. I ensure that their ongoing support continues to benefit their

wellbeing and suit the needs of their business, as it grows and thrives.

I will also be writing blogs and looking at more ways that we can improve our clients’ experience.

With a background in the healthcare sector, I am so grateful to find a role that still gives me the opportunity to help people, whilst being in a team that I absolutely adore working with!

That’s us!

With plans to expand the team in the near future, we will continue to grow and evolve, with unwavering commitment to our clients.

We are grateful for the opportunity to support each individual who walks through our doors.
