What leads to what…
… AND SO WHAT?

What started out as a very personal journey has morphed into a business that, happily, does not belong to me.
The Cultural Architects of our organisation – the team – have grasped the values and desire to help others as personally as I ever have because they represent their own values and their own lived experience.
What is astonishing, is the sheer numbers of people who have trusted me as their mentor over the last decade and who like me, didn’t realise at the time that their neurodivergent traits allowed them to become exceptional business owners and that our mutual support have allowed us to overcome so many challenges, including the Covid pandemic, and remain “sustainably self-employed”.
But in writing this Impact Report, I kept asking, So What? What is the actual impact of the work that we do on the real human beings we work with day in and out.
What started with a need for knowledge about our clients and wider community, also led us to a very real and deeper understanding of our team and ourselves.
The impact we hoped we were creating out there, has most definitely started “at home” something to be immensely proud of.
