We’ve some brilliant news to share …

Celebrate Difference, has been awarded the SHINE Intermediate Award by the North East Mayoral Strategic Authority in recognition of our ongoing commitment to inclusive, people-first workplace practice.

SHINE is an accreditation programme celebrating businesses across the region who go above and beyond on inclusion. To achieve this award meant looking honestly at how we work, who we work with, and how we can keep raising the bar for neurodivergent inclusion.

This achievement means a lot to us, because inclusion isn’t a strand of what we do, it’s the whole point.

Every “How to Work with Me” document, every one-to-one support session, every conversation with employers is about building workplaces where people don’t have to mask or manage alone.
